Chair Yoga takes place weekly in the Community Center Multi-Purpose Room. Chair Yoga is exercising and stretching with the aid of a chair. This form of Yoga makes it possible to benefit from physical activity and stretching without the worry of balance concerns or falling. Age range participation varies because Chair Yoga can meet people where they are in many stages of their life.
