Lake Meade Orchestra
Started in the year 2000, the Lake Meade Orchestra has provided music for our community with appearances at many local events such as the annual holiday programs, patriotic concerts, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day, and other presentations. Out of lake concerts included performing for Adams Electric Cooperative’s annual meeting, East Berlin Colonial Days celebrations, local churches and performing at the Cross Keys Brethren Home Community. Service as director and charter member for all 14 years is Steve Spangler. We continue to seek musicians and currently have openings for players inlcuding strings and woodwinds. The support of our community and LMPOA is greatly appreciated. Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Community Center Lounge.
